OriProbe Information Services

Oriprobe Information Services, Inc. is a privately-held company that offers information services and access to a variety of China/Asia electronic resources. OriProbe opened its headquarters in Ontario, Canada in 2005. 

Through its China/Asia On Demand (CAOD) service, OriProbe provides full-text access to journals and records, and provides on-demand document delivery for journals, books, dissertations, and other materials from Mainland China, Taiwan, Japan, and Korea.

In 2017, PolicyMap became a Certified Small Business and Benefit Corporation.  PolicyMap, formerly from The Reinvestment Fund (TRF), curates a geographic data library with mapping and analytic tools creating their PolicyMap database.

PolicyMap provides access to thousands of customizable maps, including data on real estate, broadband infrastructure, demographics, and more from sources like Zillow, the Census, the Department of Housing and Urban Development, and GreatSchools.

Portico

Portico preserves scholarly literature published in electronic form and ensures that these materials remain accessible to future scholars, researches, and students. Portico is part of ITHAKA, a not-for-profit organization with a mission to help the academic community use digital technologies to preserve the scholarly record and to advance research and teaching in sustainable ways. Content is received from participating publishers, migrated to standard formats and preserved. Access is provided to eligible libraries when a trigger event occurs. Portico is a division of Ithaka Harbors, Inc. Portico was certified by CRL in 2010 as a trustworthy digital repository.

ProQuest LLC was acquired by Clarivate PLC (NYSE Ticker: CLVT) on December 1, 2021. Clarivate PLC offers tools and information to the scientific research, stategy, and marketing sectors.

With headquarters in Ann Arbor, Michigan, ProQuest offers electronic databases for scholarly and scientific monographs, journals and archives of historical newspapers, periodicals, government records and publications, dissertations, and epehemera. ProQuest content is accessed most commonly through library internet gateways,a single ProQuest platform provides access to a wide range of databases across disciplines.

Reveal Digital

Reveal Digital is a limited liability company based in Ann Arbor, MI, created to develop a set of open access, web-based collections of digitized newspapers and related materials in partnership with U.S. academic libraries. Support for the enterprise is being sought in the form of direct investment by academic libraries to cover the costs of digitizing the newspapers, and the hosting and ongoing maintenance of the digital collections created. 

On February 14, 2019, Reveal Digital revealed that it was an affiliate of ITHAKA. ITHAKA is a not-for-profit organization that works with the global higher educational community to advance and preserve knowledge and to improve teaching and learning through the use of digital technologies.
