Roper Center for Public Opinion Research
The Roper Center for Public Opinion Research at the University of Connecticut is a non-profit, non-partisan international archive of social science data, specializing in data from opinion surveys.The data held by the Roper Center ranges from the mid-1930s to the present. Most Roper survey data is from the United States, but data sets from 90 other countries are also held. The Center also provide graduate training in the practice and study of opinion survey research.

It is one of the largest newspaper companies in Brazil. Estado was founded in 1875, making it the oldest newspaper in the city of São Paulo still in circulation.
