CRL gathers and provides information here about commercial and open access digital resources of interest to the CRL community. This information is intended to inform library decisions on investment in electronic resources and related services.
KLG - Kritisches Lexikon zur deutschsprachigen Gegenwartsliteratur provides access to contemporary German-language literature of the 20th and 21st centuries.
Founded by Heinz Ludwig Arnold and currently edited by Hermann Korte, the KLG contains more than 800 articles. Detailed essays give a survey of the author's work and influence and include bibliographies of the author's works and of secondary literature.
The KLG database is closely integrated with Munzinger's information services and is continually updated and expanded.
The Datenbank-Paket Duden contains 17 Duden reference works.
Le Grand Robert Online Dictionary provides all six volumes of the latest edition of this French language reference work. Its latest edition, published in 2011, includes:86,000 articles 100,000 words 350,000 definitions 410,000 use examples 325,000 quotations 25,000 idioms, expressions, and proverbs
The Directory of Open Access Journals (www.doaj.org) is a service that indexes, peer reviewed Open Access research journals, periodicals and their articles' metadata.
Online resources currently available from Classiques Garnier Numérique include databases of primary source texts, classic works of criticism, and dictionaries.
