Numérique Premium
Numérique Premium is a new digital books platform including works from 50 French-speaking publishers and societies. The ebooks are offered for annual subscription or one-off purchase in thematic collections.This e-books database is intended to provide access to secondary works and some compilations of source materials in both “humanities and social sciences.”
The HistoryMakers Digital Archive
The HistoryMakers Digital Archive is an extensive online, subscription database of over 10,000 hours of full-text and video interviews with African-Americans distinguished in the fields of science, culture, politics, the arts, and public life.
Global Press Archive CRL Alliance Phase 2
Launched in 2018 by East View Information Services and the Center for Research Libraries, Phase 1 of the Global Press Archive CRL Alliance developed a series of thematically designed newspaper collections to meet the priorities of CRL members. Phase 1 of the CRL Alliance will features hundreds of titles across nine thematic collections (six of which are completely open-access totaling 4.5 million pages of content.

Global Press Archive Charter Alliance
The Global Press Archive Charter Alliance is an initiative by East View Information Services and the Center for Research Libraries to develop a special series of thematically designed collections to meet the priorities of the CRL members. Global Press Archive
The Global Press Archive is an initiative by East View Information Services in partnership with Stanford University Libraries and the Hoover Institution Library & Archives to digitize over 2,000 predominantly foreign-language newspaper titles ranging in coverage from the late 19th Century to present times.
Launched in 2016, the Global Press Archive features stand-alone titles and databases aggregating multiple titles from specific regions and time periods, and includes over 1,500 newspapers, 450,000 issues, and 4.7 million pages of content, with 17 countries and 12 languages represented. Japan Times Digital Archive
The Japan Times Digital Archive offered by East View Information Services covers the complete run (1897-2020) of this English-language daily published in Tokyo. East View's offer for this product provides access to the publisher's archive as a one-time purchase, with perpetual access rights and annual subscription for ongoing content additions (the archive will incorporate the the most recent year's content on an annual basis).

National Digital Edition of www.washingtonpost.com provides national and world news on the web for computers, tablets and smart phones.
The Japan News
The Japan News provides access to the English-language daily from the publisher The Yomiuri Shimbun. Hosted on the Global Press Archive platform, this newspaper archive includes over 27,251 issues covering the period of 1955-present.
Izvestiia Digital Archive
Izvestiia (Известия) Digital Archive covers the "complete archive" of Izvestiia (Известия), from its founding in 1917 through present. The database presents "the Kremlin’s newspaper of record" as full-image text searchable files. As of October 2019, the archive holds 30,101 full text, full image issues.
East View reports that the archive grows with ongoing subscription, hosted on East View's Universal Database platform.
The Current Digest of the Chinese Press
Like its older sibling, Current Digest of the Russian Press, this weekly serial publication launched early in 2012 (after a pilot issue in August 2011) provides English translations of timely articles selected from domestic Chinese news publications. The digital archive from East View contains 373 issues dating from 2011 to the present.
East View reports that the archive will grow with ongoing subscription and is hosted on East View's Universal Database platform.
Rossiiskaia gazeta Digital Archive (Российская газета)
Rossiiskaia gazeta Digital Archive (Российская газета) provides access to the official daily newspaper of the Russian government for the period of 1990-2018. The archive continues to grow with an ongoing subscription.
Nedelia Digital Archive
Nedelia Digital Archive provides access to over 44,000 pages of the Russian-language newspaper for the period of 1960-1999.
Nedelia began as a Sunday supplement to Izvestiia under the editorship of Aleksey Adzhubey, the son in law of the Soviet leader Nikita Khrushchev.
Slovo Kyrgyzstana Digital Archive
Slovo Kyrgyzstana Digital Archive provides access to the Russian-language newspaper with over 120,000 pages and includes all obtainable issues of the newspaper’s previous titles form the period of 1925-present.
Slovo Kyrgyzstan went through various title changes and was known as Batratskaia Pravda (March-June 1925), Krest’ianskii put’ (1925-1927), and Sovetskaia Kirgiziia (1927-1991).
African Newspapers, Series 2, 1835-1925
Part of the World Newspaper Archive, created by CRL in partnership with Readex, African Newspapers, Series 2 (1835-1925) provides access to 40 newspapers published in Africa during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Content features English- and foreign-language titles from countries including Algeria, Angola, Liberia, Madagascar, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, and Uganda.
World News Connection
The World News Connection (WNC) contains English-language transcriptions of news articles from selected non-U.S. sources, generated by the U.S. Open Source Center. WNC began distribution in 1995 as a successor product to the Foreign Broadcast Information Service Daily Reports. The service was discontinued on December 31, 2013.
The WNC offered by East View Information Services offers access to 856,013 items dating from 1995 to 2013. The archive is full-image with fully searchable text.
Pravda (Правда)
East View Information Services has collected and digitized the archives of this historic Soviet and Russian newspaper title, starting with its first issue from April 22, 1912 and continuing through present day. The archive was released to the public in early 2010. As of October 2019, there are 29,660 full-text issues of the Russian newspaper.
African Newspapers, Series 1, 1800-1922
Part of the World Newspaper Archive, created by CRL in partnership with Readex, African Newspapers, Series 1, 1800-1922 provides access to almost 70 newspapers published between 1800 and 1922 in Sub-Saharan Africa. Content features English- and foreign-language titles from countries including Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Latin American Newspapers, Series 1 and 2, 1805-1922
Part of the World Newspaper Archive, created by CRL in partnership with Readex, Latin American Newspapers, Series 1 & 2 (1805-1922) provides access to key historical newspapers published in Latin America and the Caribbean between 1805 and 1922. Coverage features significant titles from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, and elsewhere.
Series 1 and Series 2 may be purchased separately or collectively, offering integrated access to nearly 300 historical Latin American newspapers.
Independent Voices
Independent Voices, the initial collection offered by Reveal Digital (a limited liability company based in Ann Arbor, MI), is a set of digitized U.S. newspapers, journals, and magazines originally published by the alternative press during the 1960s, '70s and '80s.
Digitization of the collection is financed through tiered contributions from participating libraries over four years (2013 to 2017). The collection is available only to subscribers during the funding/digitization campaign, and for a two-year embargo period thereafter. Following this period, the collection reportedly will become open access if the funding threshold is achieved.

World Newspaper Archive
The World Newspaper Archive is the product of a collaboration between CRL libraries and Readex,a division of NewsBank, to preserve and provide persistent access to historical newspapers from around the globe.
