African Electronic Journals (SA ePublications)

A full-text online database of more than 350 South and Southern African journals.  The titles deal with business, education, the humanities, science, medical and health sciences, law, and theology. The journal content is largely the product of research carried out in Africa, and often does not deal with Africa as a subject.

American Chemical Society Current

The American Chemical Society is a self-governed individual membership organization which has more than 161,000 members at all degree levels and in all fields of chemistry. The ACS Publications Division will publish 41 peer-reviewed journals from 2013 onwards, as well as Journal of Chemical Education and the magazine C&EN News and around 35-40 new books each year.

American Chemical Society Legacy Archives

Berkeley Electronic Press (Bepress) is a publisher of peer reviewed electronic journals and a creator of tools to facilitate access to research published within institutions. The ResearchNow Collection facilitates access to 57 peer reviewed bepress journals current through the ResearchNow portal. Brill Journal Archive Online

Brill Journal Archive Online has over fifty thousand articles from more than eighty journals covering subjects such as biology, human rights, international law, and the social sciences. Titles include one of the world's oldest academic journals on Chinese studies, T'oung Pao.

Cairn

Cairn aggregates scholarly journal content for social science and humanities journals published in France and Belgium.  Most of the content dates back only to 2001. As of late 2014, over 400 journals and 4,000 ebook titles (more than 300,000 full-text articles and book chapters) were included. Content is updated continually, averaging five new journal issues per day.

Since 2010, Cairn also offers e-book packages from major French, Belgian and Swiss publishers.

The de Gruyter Online Journal Archive comprises the full text content of 155 academic journals, published between 1826 and 2010.    It is offered to institutions as an outright perpetual purchase, either as a Complete Collection, or as a selection of subject-based packages: Library and Information Science; Science, Technology and Medicine; Linguistics, Literature and Communications; Classical Studies and Theology; Philosophy; and Law. e-Marefa is a full-text database of Arabic language academic journals and other content in Arabic, English and French. Érudit is a publishing platform for scholarly and cultural journals, books, proceedings, theses, documents, and data developed by a nonprofit Canadian publishing consortium founded in 1998. Archival runs of journal publications published prior to a moving wall of current content are available through open access, while the remainder is available through subscription.
