CRL gathers and provides information here about publishers, aggregators, preservation services, and other organizations that host, publish, and maintain digital resources of interest to the CRL community.  This information is intended to inform library decisions on investment in electronic resources and related services.

DOAJ

DOAJ is a not-for-profit organization, which as of 2019 was managed by Infrastructure Services for Open Access C.I.C. (Community Interest Company) based in the United Kingdom, but founded at Lund University, Sweden, in 2003. DOAJ acticvities are supported by voluntary contributions from three categories of members: Publisher, Ordinary Member and Sponsor.

DOAJ publishes information "to help Publishers to adhere to the Principles and to assist them in completing an application. DOAJ also publishes a list of FAQs relevant to all members of the publishing community, particularly libraries and authors.
