African Newspapers, Series 1, 1800-1922
Part of the World Newspaper Archive, created by CRL in partnership with Readex, African Newspapers, Series 1, 1800-1922 provides access to almost 70 newspapers published between 1800 and 1922 in Sub-Saharan Africa. Content features English- and foreign-language titles from countries including Ghana, Kenya, Lesotho, Liberia, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, Sierra Leone, South Africa, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia and Zimbabwe.
Latin American Newspapers, Series 1 and 2, 1805-1922
Part of the World Newspaper Archive, created by CRL in partnership with Readex, Latin American Newspapers, Series 1 & 2 (1805-1922) provides access to key historical newspapers published in Latin America and the Caribbean between 1805 and 1922. Coverage features significant titles from Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Cuba, Guatemala, Mexico, Panama, Peru, Venezuela, and elsewhere.
Series 1 and Series 2 may be purchased separately or collectively, offering integrated access to nearly 300 historical Latin American newspapers.
Classiques Garnier Numérique
Online resources currently available from Classiques Garnier Numérique include databases of primary source texts, classic works of criticism, and dictionaries.
Independent Voices
Independent Voices, the initial collection offered by Reveal Digital (a limited liability company based in Ann Arbor, MI), is a set of digitized U.S. newspapers, journals, and magazines originally published by the alternative press during the 1960s, '70s and '80s.
Digitization of the collection is financed through tiered contributions from participating libraries over four years (2013 to 2017). The collection is available only to subscribers during the funding/digitization campaign, and for a two-year embargo period thereafter. Following this period, the collection reportedly will become open access if the funding threshold is achieved.

World Newspaper Archive
The World Newspaper Archive is the product of a collaboration between CRL libraries and Readex,a division of NewsBank, to preserve and provide persistent access to historical newspapers from around the globe.
CRL members support WNA through purchase of individual modules. To date, the WNA includes the following collections or "modules":

The Directory of Open Access Journals (www.doaj.org) is a service that indexes, peer reviewed Open Access research journals, periodicals and their articles' metadata.
African American Newspapers, Series 2, 1835-1956
African American Newspapers, Series 2, 1835-1956 expands upon Readex's earlier series of African American newspapers. Series 2 will incorporate more than 60 titles published in 17 states, sourced from collections such as the American Antiquarian Society, Center for Research Libraries, the Library of Congress, and New York Public Library.
South Asian Newspapers, 1864-1922
Part of the World Newspaper Archive, created by CRL in partnership with Readex, South Asian Newspapers, 1864-1922 provides access to significant historical newspapers published in India, Pakistan, and Sri Lanka during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Among the key publications: Amrita Bazar Patrika (Calcutta), Madras Mail (Madras), Tribune (Lahore) and the Ceylon Observer (Colombo). Languages include English, Bengali, and Gujarati.

American Periodicals from the Center for Research Libraries (APCRL) is a digital collection of 375 popular and trade journals from Center for Research Library collections, digitized in collaboration with ProQuest.
L'Harmathèque
L’Harmathèque's platform offers a large volume of content in the form of ebooks, articles, videos, and audio recordings on many subjects in the humanities and social sciences. One notable subject area is Africana.The content of the ebooks comes from a variety of French publishing imprints, including L’Harmattan, Pagala, Odin, and IXE.
