Gale Primary Sources

Gale Primary Sources is a universal research experience that combines Gale's digital archives in a single cross-search interface. Users may select one, all, or a combination of accessible databases to search.

The platform allows the use of multiple search options and research tools to search across the variety of archives accessible to the subscribing institution. Features include a wide range of search indexes (keyword, author/creator, document title, subject, place of publication) and limiters (date ranges, content types) to construct searches that best suit the user’s needs. Subject indexing aids content discovery across collections, drawing connections that simple search and retrieval may not achieve.

Gallup Analytics is an online platform that provides subscribers with access to public opinion data aggregated through the Gallup World Poll, which annually collects opinions on issues from approximately 160 countries. General OneFile and InfoTrac Custom Newspapers are a unique collection of journals and English language newspapers, providing one of the largest aggregations of full text periodical content available to Further Education institutions. The Gilded Age

The Gilded Age collection brings together 53,000 pages of full text, photographs, songs for listening online, and other primary materials, along with video interviews and twenty-five critical documentary essays. Each documentary essay poses an interpretive question and then illuminates it with dozens of annotated primary documents, introductions, and essays. The critical documentary essays have been created by leading scholars in the field, including Samuel Thomas of Michigan State University, Christopher Reed of Roosevelt University, Kim Warren of the University of Kansas, and Daniel Thorp of Virginia Tech.

Global Press Archive

The Global Press Archive is an initiative by East View Information Services in partnership with Stanford University Libraries and the Hoover Institution Library & Archives to digitize over 2,000 predominantly foreign-language newspaper titles ranging in coverage from the late 19th Century to present times.

Global Press Archive CRL Alliance Phase 2

Launched in 2018 by East View Information Services and the Center for Research Libraries, Phase 1 of the Global Press Archive CRL Alliance developed a series of thematically designed newspaper collections to meet the priorities of CRL members. The Guatemala Collection

The Guatemala Collection: Government and Church Documents for Sacatepequez (1587-1991) spans over 400 years with concentration on the national era, particularily 1824-1948.
