The Journal of City Climate Policy and Economy (JCCPE) publishes timely, evidence-based policy and economics research that focuses on human-centered solutions to today’s most pressing climate challenges to support cities globally.
An essential resource for the academic community and beyond, JCCPE provides a platform for scholarly research that empowers urban practitioners and policymakers with language, analysis, policies, and concrete actions that will reinvent and reinvigorate the idea of effective, purposeful government-led action and drive action in the climate agenda.
PLOS Journals
PLOS's offer is for all 12 PLOS titles and includes any new titles launched during the term. All fees are discounted 1% if paid through CRL/NERL via one invoice.
PLOS provides access to Open Access journals in the areas of science and medicine.

e-Marefa is a full-text database of Arabic language academic journals and other content in Arabic, English and French. Content includes more than 1,900 academic and statistical periodicals, 25,000 theses and dissertations, and 210,000 research abstracts produced by academic and research institutions throughout the Arab world, covering all research areas in humanities, social sciences, engineering and technology, and health and life sciences.
Academic Search Premier
Academic Search Premier contains indexing and abstracts for more than 8,500 journals, with full text for more than 4,600 of those titles. PDF backfiles to 1975 or further are available for well over one hundred journals, and searchable cited references are provided for more than 1,000 titles. Academic Search Premier contains unmatched full text coverage in biology, chemistry, engineering, physics, psychology, religion & theology, etc.
Academic Search Complete
Academic Search Complete is the world's most valuable and comprehensive scholarly, multi-disciplinary full-text database, with full text for nearly 9,000 journals, including more than 7,700 peer-reviewed journals. In addition to full text, this database offers indexing and abstracts for nearly 13,000 journals. ISI Web of Knowledge
The ISI Web of Knowledge platform provides a . . . single, unified environment through which researchers can seamlessly access different types of information: journal literature, proceedings papers, patents, chemical reactions and compounds, as well as evaluated web content. African Electronic Journals (SA ePublications)
A full-text online database of more than 350 South and Southern African journals. The titles deal with business, education, the humanities, science, medical and health sciences, law, and theology. The journal content is largely the product of research carried out in Africa, and often does not deal with Africa as a subject.
ProQuest Indian Journals
Intedisciplinary, full-text databases of current, English-language journals published in India. Topics include: economics, agriculture, finance, information science, medicine, and musicology.
Science Full Text Select
Science Full Text Select features all of the full text content from the following Wilson full text databases: Applied Science & Technology Full Text, Biological & Agricultural Index Plus, and General Science Full Text. In addition, Science Full Text Select includes the full text content of relevant journals selected from other Wilson full text periodical databases. N.B. The subscription fees are displayed in the Agreements tab pro rata to the nearest month if your institution was to subscribe this month.
Springer
Springer +Science & Business Media currently publish some 1,900 journals in 11 subject areas in science, technology, medicine and humanities & social sciences. In addition Springer publishes e-books.
JSTOR - Arts & Sciences IX Collection
With a minimum of 150 titles available by the end of 2012, the Arts & Sciences IX Collection widens JSTOR’s coverage in business and the social sciences. Journals from over 25 countries provide outstanding international diversity, and rare materials bring unique depth to the collection, with research covering archaeology, anthropology, sociology, business, economics, population studies, and political science.
JSTOR - Plant Science Collection
JSTOR Plant Science is an online environment that provides access to foundational content vital to plant science - plant type specimens, taxonomic structures, scientific literature, and related materials. This new environment includes hundreds of thousands of type specimens, paintings, drawings, correspondence, and supporting materials. By 2013, JSTOR expect to have over 2.2 million type specimens available, making JSTOR Plant Science the largest collection of its kind in the world. These materials are now truly global in scope representing over 160 partners in 47 countries on 5 continents.
JSTOR - Arts & Sciences V Collection
This collection builds on previously introduced disciplines, adding important literary reviews and state historical journals. It will also widen the scope of core disciplines in the arts and humanities, such as philosophy, history, classics, religion, art and art history, and language and literature.
Nature PG Journals
Nature PG publishes over thirty Nature Branded journals across the life, physical and applied sciences and, most recently, clinical medicine. Content encompasses daily news from award-winning journalists, expert opinion and practical methodology, and high impact research and reviews. 36 journals are published in association with prestigious academic societies. This is a renewal of the current agreement but does not include an option to purchase Palgrave Macmillan collections of titles under the same licence agreement. Since there was no take up of the Palgrave offer we have agreed to review this further at a later date and as a totally separate agreement.
InfoTrac Custom Newspapers
General OneFile and InfoTrac Custom Newspapers are a unique collection of journals and English language newspapers, providing one of the largest aggregations of full text periodical content available to Further Education institutions.
JSTOR - Arts & Sciences VI Collection
The Arts & Sciences VI Collection extends JSTOR's coverage in disciplines across the social sciences, with clusters focused in economics, education, linguistics, political science, and area studies. These often interdisciplinary titles broaden the scope of coverage for the social sciences and expand the range of international scholarship.
Portico
Portico is a service of the not-for-profit organization ITHAKA. Portico preserves digital publications such as e-journal articles, e-books, and digitized historical collections. Portico maintains that content in a "dark," or offline archive, to be made accessible to eligible libraries if and when the content becomes unavailable from its publisher. The purpose of Portico is to protect library and publisher investment in e-content by ensuring the long-term accessibility of that content to their communities.
Geological Society of America
Established in 1888, the Geological Society of America (GSA) provides access to the research and dialogue essential to the professional growth of earth scientists at all levels of expertise and from all sectors: academic, government, and industry. GSA publishes four leading peer-reviewed journals in the geosciences; Geology, GSA Bulletin, Geosphere and Lithosphere as well as a range of books, maps and guides. Libraries may place orders via their subscription agent or directly with the GSA.
JSTOR - Arts & Sciences VII Collection
The Arts & Sciences VII Collection includes more journals in more disciplines than any other JSTOR collection. Its eclectic range of disciplines in the arts, humanities, and social sciences complements research in core disciplines such as history, political science, sociology, art and art history, and language and literature, and the collection represents the largest cluster of health policy titles in JSTOR. Arts & Sciences VII also has the largest collection of international titles with over 15 countries represented.
Institution of Civil Engineers Virtual Library Archive (1836-2001)
Institutions now have free online access to the full text of every paper published by the Institution of Civil Engineers between 1836 and 2001, representing over 200,000 pages of information.
