CEIC Global Database

CEIC Global Database provides access to macro- and microeconomic data from 128 countries, containing reportedly over 2.5 million time series from the United States and countries worldwide. Indicators include government and public finance data (gross domestic product, national government debt), inflation, domestic trade, foreign trade, financial markets, and key industry sectors such energy and tourism. Data is compiled and normalized by CEIC for comparison of various economic factors across countries. CEIC’s platform (CDMNext) allows dowloading of time series data (up to 3,000 series at a time) to Excel for analysis.

Manchester Medieval Sources Online provides access to a collection of 33 ebooks that contain texts from the terror of the Black Death to the drama of the Norman invasions.

African Financial & Economic Data (AFED) aggregates financial and economic data from African countries, providing intelligence in a standardized format for research and analytics.

AFED claims coverage from all 54 African countries and is presented either as data sets, country profiles, or by sector focus.

Electronic Records Archives (ERA) System

The Electronic Records Archives (ERA) is NARA's digital repository system for federal agency records management. ERA provides workflow support for transactions that occur between NARA and its agency customers to process and preserve electronic records. Agency records management staff use ERA to draft new record retention schedules for records, submit those schedules for approval by NARA, request the transfer of records in any format to NARA for accessioning or pre-accessioning, and submit electronic records for storage in the ERA electronic records repository. The repository is a digital archive that complies with all laws and regulations that apply to Federal, Presidential, and Congressional records. ERA also makes certain unstructured...

Diversity and Dissent: Civil Society in 20th Century America

Diversity and Dissent: Civil Society in 20th Century America is a thematically-driven digitization initiative by Reveal Digital to digitize diverse material along the themes of civil society: items from non-governmental/non-commercial organizations that supported gender and race equality, workers rights, and other issues that challenged social norms in 20th Century America.

The "Civil Society Investment Fund" is a new funding model proposed by Reveal to create a sustainable funding base for projects. Libraries committing to multi-year investments will have a say in nominating and prioritizing projects that fit the thematic focus of the fund. An online  subscription database of monthly digests of international news, based on articles reporting world events and developments, from 1931 forward. The archive incorporates Keesing’s Contemporary Archives (1931-1987) and its continuation, Keesing’s Record of World Events (1987 -   ). Al-Manhal offers EBook and EJournal collections, which are full-text searchable and are sourced from 23 countries.  They cover subjects such as History, Geography, Biography, Law, Islamic Studies, Social Sciences, International Relations, and Language & Literature.

KLG - Kritisches Lexikon zur deutschsprachigen Gegenwartsliteratur

KLG - Kritisches Lexikon zur deutschsprachigen Gegenwartsliteratur provides access to contemporary German-language literature of the 20th and 21st centuries.

Founded by Heinz Ludwig Arnold and currently edited by Hermann Korte, the KLG contains more than 800 articles. Detailed essays give a survey of the author's work and influence and include bibliographies of the author's works and of secondary literature.

The KLG database is closely integrated with Munzinger's information services and is continually updated and expanded.

Morningstar Direct is a cloud-based investment analysis platform. The subscription-based product provides access to Morningstar's data, analytics, and market research. 

The product offers global data covering historical portfolio holdings, equities, separate accounts, hedge funds, ETFs, indexes, and real-time pricing. The product also includes analysis tools for researchers to use in utilizing the data.

Mergent Archives (previously, Mergent Webreports) is an online database of indexed corporate and industry related documents. Containing 180,000 documents from over 100 countries/industries, the collection includes digitized manuals with global corporate historical data, equity research reports, international annual reports, and archived analyses and forecasts from Mergent, Inc.

Politico Pro is a premium news service offered by POLITICO, a global news and information company covering politics and policy making in the U.S. and internationally. Politico Pro offers subscription-based access to breaking news alerts and in-depth reporting catered primarily to a political audience (federal agencies, political staffers, lobbyists, analysts and related sectors). Political Pro offers coverage of 16 policy areas including agriculture and trade, defense, education, energy, health care, technology, transportation, and others.
