PoliticoPro
Politico Pro is a premium news service offered by POLITICO, a global news and information company covering politics and policy making in the U.S. and internationally. Politico Pro offers subscription-based access to breaking news alerts and in-depth reporting catered primarily to a political audience (federal agencies, political staffers, lobbyists, analysts and related sectors). Political Pro offers coverage of 16 policy areas including agriculture and trade, defense, education, energy, health care, technology, transportation, and others. Articles frequently link to source documents stored within Pro's "Document Drawer" (with documents dating back to 2011). http://www.politico.com/proCEIC Global Database
CEIC Global Database provides access to macro- and microeconomic data from 128 countries, containing reportedly over 2.5 million time series from the United States and countries worldwide. Indicators include government and public finance data (gross domestic product, national government debt), inflation, domestic trade, foreign trade, financial markets, and key industry sectors such energy and tourism. Data is compiled and normalized by CEIC for comparison of various economic factors across countries. CEIC’s platform (CDMNext) allows dowloading of time series data (up to 3,000 series at a time) to Excel for analysis.

Oxford University Studies in the Enlightenment Online
Oxford University Studies in the Enlightenment Online provides access to 217 volumes from the "Studies on Voltaire and the Eighteen Century" (SVEC) and "Oxford University Studies in the Enlightenment" (OSEO).
This digital collection is scheduled to launch in September 2018, with all volumes within the print series digitized by 2020.
Granth Sanjeevan
Granth Sanjeevan provides access to over 25 million pages of digitized material from The Asiatic Society of Mumbai. The collections include digitized copies of old and rare books from the 15th Century onwards, newspapers like Bombay Chronicle, Bombay Times and others, manuscripts, journals, maps and government publications.
Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute (BORI) Digital Library
Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute (BORI) Digital Library (also known as the BORI Digital Library) provides access to the digitized books and manuscripts held at the Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute in Pune.

MIT Press' Direct to Open (D2O) is a new, collective action model, built to support the open access publication of digital monographs from the MIT Press.
World Newspaper Archive
The World Newspaper Archive is the product of a collaboration between CRL libraries and Readex,a division of NewsBank, to preserve and provide persistent access to historical newspapers from around the globe.
CRL members support WNA through purchase of individual modules. To date, the WNA includes the following collections or "modules":

Global Press Archive
The Global Press Archive is an initiative by East View Information Services in partnership with Stanford University Libraries and the Hoover Institution Library & Archives to digitize over 2,000 predominantly foreign-language newspaper titles ranging in coverage from the late 19th Century to present times.
Launched in 2016, the Global Press Archive features stand-alone titles and databases aggregating multiple titles from specific regions and time periods, and includes over 1,500 newspapers, 450,000 issues, and 4.7 million pages of content, with 17 countries and 12 languages represented. Global Press Archive CRL Alliance Phase 2
Launched in 2018 by East View Information Services and the Center for Research Libraries, Phase 1 of the Global Press Archive CRL Alliance developed a series of thematically designed newspaper collections to meet the priorities of CRL members. Phase 1 of the CRL Alliance will features hundreds of titles across nine thematic collections (six of which are completely open-access totaling 4.5 million pages of content.

African Newspapers, Series 2, 1835-1925
Part of the World Newspaper Archive, created by CRL in partnership with Readex, African Newspapers, Series 2 (1835-1925) provides access to 40 newspapers published in Africa during the 19th and early 20th centuries. Content features English- and foreign-language titles from countries including Algeria, Angola, Liberia, Madagascar, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nigeria, and Uganda.
Journal of City Climate Policy and Economy (JCCPE)
The Journal of City Climate Policy and Economy (JCCPE) publishes timely, evidence-based policy and economics research that focuses on human-centered solutions to today’s most pressing climate challenges to support cities globally.
An essential resource for the academic community and beyond, JCCPE provides a platform for scholarly research that empowers urban practitioners and policymakers with language, analysis, policies, and concrete actions that will reinvent and reinvigorate the idea of effective, purposeful government-led action and drive action in the climate agenda.
LLMC-Digital
LLMC-Digital, the online platform of the nonprofit Law Library Microform Consortium, makes a wide range of legal and governmental publications available online for the use of the academic community. The content and interface of LLMC-Digital are reviewed here; its value for use in historical research is compared to other databases in a CRL topic guide.
RetroNews
RetroNews, the Press Archive of Bibliothèque nationale de France (BnF) provides free access to over 400 newspapers, journals, magazines and reviews published between 1631-1950.
RetroNews also provides subscriptions to exclusive editorial content and advanced features and search tools used to search through the archival content.
Portico
Portico is a service of the not-for-profit organization ITHAKA. Portico preserves digital publications such as e-journal articles, e-books, and digitized historical collections. Portico maintains that content in a "dark," or offline archive, to be made accessible to eligible libraries if and when the content becomes unavailable from its publisher. The purpose of Portico is to protect library and publisher investment in e-content by ensuring the long-term accessibility of that content to their communities.
VoxGov Federal
VoxGov Federal is a platform that aggregates a broad range of official and ephemeral information resources issued by U.S. Federal Government agencies and and individual representatives. VoxGov Federal focuses on the regulatory process (lawmaking, rulemaking, and compliance). Though much of the information aggregated by VoxGov Federal is available in VoxGov's core product (VoxGov for Education), this distinct platform adds significant regulatory content and offers a different lens on government process.
