Gale's Nineteenth Century U.S. Newspapers provides access to a collection of 500 U.S. newspapers from the 19th century.

Gale Cengage has designed Nineteenth Century Collections Online (NCCO) to be an extensive database with multiple content types, covering most regions of the world. The collection is in a rolling release of twelve modules over several years, with the initial four collection modules (called “Archives” by Gale) released in spring 2012.
The Making of the Modern World
The Making of the Modern World (MOMW) is a very large digital collection of over 60,000 works primarily on economics written in Europe and the United States. It is comprised of two parts: MOMW I (1450-1850), and MOMW II (1851-1914).
Eighteenth Century Collections Online
Consisting of significant English-language and foreign-language title printed in the United Kingdom during the 18th century, along with thousands of important works from the Americas, Eighteenth Century Collections Online bears witness to what many scholars consider the three most significant events in world history — The American Revolution, The French Revolution and The Industrial Revolution.

Archives Unbound presents topically-focused digital collections of historical documents. Gale's collections in Archives Unbound cover a broad range of topics from the Middle Ages forward--from Witchcraft to World War II to twentieth-century political history. Collections are chosen for Archives Unbound based on requests from scholars, archivists, and students.
Smithsonian Collections Online
Gale is working with the Smithsonian Institution to expand access to archival content on selected materials held at various Smithsonian repositories, including: the Smithsonian Libraries, Dibner Library of the History of Science and Technology, the Cooper Hewitt Smithsonian Design Library, and the National Museum of American History's Archives Center and Library.

This collection is updated annually (2012 content added in 2016, 2013 to be added in 2017, etc.).

17th and 18th Century Burney Newspapers Collection provides access to seventeenth and eighteenth century English news media available from the British Library and includes more than 1,000 pamphlets, proclamations, newsbooks and newspapers from the period.
Gathered by Reverend Charles Burney (1757-1817), a notable scholar and son of a well-known music historian of the same name, this collection covers more than two hundred years of accounts, explanations, and points of views. Archives of Human Sexuality and Identity is a three part collection which will provide access to documents (government and non-government), grassroots newsletters and journals, periodicals, literature, diaries, personal papers, and ephemeral material related to the LGBTQ movement in North America and beyond.
Part I (LGBTQ History and Culture, 1946-2000s) will provide access to approximately 2 million pages of newsletters, personal papers, government documents, and more, represent the Gay Rights Movements between 1946-200s. Founded in 1924 by Joseph Patterson and Robert McCormick, this illustrated American magazine provided art, stories, articles, and advertisements from the United States during the Depression era and World War II.
17th and 18th Century Nichols Newspapers Collection
17th and 18th Century Nichols Newspapers Collection contains the collection of newspapers from John Nichols (1745-1826). This collection over 150,000 pages of printed text gathered from the newspapers that span over 100 years of history.
Through a partnership with the Bodleian Library, Gale has digitally scanned each page of this collection.

The Associated Press Collections Online (AP Online) consists of an extensive collection of archival files and internal communications from various bureaus of the Associated Press (AP), in six parts, anticipated to total around 2.7 million pages.
The Listener Historical Archive, 1929-1991
The Listener Historical Archive, 1929-1991 provides access to a collection of archived issues from BBC's weekly magazine, The Listener.
This weekly periodical reproduced and reported on BBC broadcasts in radio and television. The archive consists the complete 62 year run of the publication covering new films and books, major literary and musical programs, daily life during World War II, 20th Century poetry, science broadcasting, politics, and more.
