Africa Commons is a project which aims to enable Africa to easily control, digitize, and disseminate its cultural heritage–within Africa, and internationally. Digital repatriation efforts will make Africa Commons available for free to all African institutions, and Coheret Digital is also opening the resource to HCBUs in North America. Food Studies Online
At completion, Food Studies Online will contain 80,000 pages of primary archival materials, images, reference materials, and secondary works, in addition to 200 hours of food-focused documentaries. Content has been licensed from a variety of producers, including Berghahn Books, Wiley, Green Planet Films, and the Prendismo Collection.
