The American Chemical Society is a US-based, "congressionally chartered independent membership organization that represents professionals at all degree levels and in all fields of chemistry and sciences that involve chemistry."  Members are in academia, government and industry, and from medicine, engineering, agriculture, and related chemical and pharamaceutical businesses and industries.  

A federation of cooperating institutions joined in an effort, in partnership with the Internet Archive, to provide open access to biological information and digitized publications about species via the Web.   

Brill is an independent publishing company, founded in 1683.  Based in Leiden, with offices in Leiden and Boston, Brill publishes journals, new books, and reference works in the humanities, social sciences, international law and (to a lesser extent) science.  In addition, Brill is a provider of primary source materials online and on microform for researchers in the humanities and social sciences.

Cairn, a limited public company based in Liege, Beligium, offers scholarly publications in the French language in the humanities and social sciences online. Cairn provides access to journals and ebooks from French, Belgian and Swiss publishers, and has offices in Liege and in Paris, France.

Canadiana.org is a part of the Canadiana Research Knowledge Network (CRKN). It works together with the Library and Archives Canada (LAC) and others to present Canada's documentary heritage content online. The organization provides access and preservation infrastructure for Canadian publications. In April 2018, Canadiana.org merged with the Canadian Research Knowledge Network (CRKN).

CEDROM-SNi is a Canadian aggregator of newspaper, magazine, and television content.

Cengage Learning is an educational content, technology, and services company for the higher education and K-12, professional and library markets. Cengage Learning's higher education product lines include learning solutions such as MindTap, and engagement services such as curriculum development and course redesign. The company's library and research products are managed through Gale (formerly part of Thomson Learning).

Classiques Garnier Numérique offers to universities, public, private and research libraries online access to databases in the fields of literature and the humanities

Coherent Digital, LLC, create databases from "content that’s uncatalogued, undiscoverable, uncitable, prone to link rot, and likely to disappear."

CoreLogic is an aggregator and database provider of property and related financial records in the United States, Australia and New Zealand, with a growing presence in the United Kingdom, Canada, Mexico and India.

Dar al-Mandumah is a Saudi Company specialized in building and developing an Arabic database of scientific data for the purpose of research and academic use.

Datanet India is a privately owned company that aggregates and provides online access to socio-economic and political statistical data about India, its states, regions, and districts. 

De Marque is a Canadian company that specializes in the publishing and distribution of educational and cultural content.  De Marque is in the field of digital cultural content distribution, specifically digital books.

Founded in 2007, Digitalia provides digital tools and a web-based platform for distribution of a wide range of Spanish language e-books, e-journals,and other electronic publications produced by Spanish and Latin American publishers.  

DigiZeitschriften provides access to a wide variety of academic journals from Germany. Students and researchers at subscribing institutions can access the core German research journals.  Subject areas included are humanities, social sciences, law, science, and education.
