• A "completely new and redesigned eLibrary [subscription-based] website . . . New features include improved search and browse functionality, chapter-level access to content, citation tools, content alerts, and mobile-friendly access."  
• Offers “ . . . full-text access to the complete collection of World Bank books, working papers, and journal articles – including the World Bank Research Observer and the World Bank Economic Review – published since the 1990s.”
• “All content  . . . will be indexed in OCLC’s WorldCat; ExLibris’ Primo and SFX; Serials Solutions’ Summon Service; Bowker’s Syndetic Solutions; and EBSCO Discovery Service. . . In addition, subscribing institutions have access to downloadable MARC records and metadata for World Bank eLibrary content.”
• Content covers “more than 20 areas of research related to poverty and development including economic and human development, climate change, agriculture, infrastructure, health, education, natural resources, policy, law, gender equality, and emerging markets.”
