Overview
MultiData Online is a news database covering 52 dailies and weekly newspapers dating back to 1994. The service collects news stories in the Arabic language from various newspapers and portals as well as a number of English and French language newspapers published in Arab countries.
MultiData Online is divided into five databases. The services includes access to full text of 52 newspapers, bibliographic citations for articles from over 225 Arabic periodicals since 1920, full text book reviews from more than 250 newspapers and magazines in the Arab world from 1998, subject index to theses submitted to 21 Lebanese institutions, and access to an index Arabicus which includes the contents of 42 Arabic periodicals published between 1870 and 1969.
