Oxford University Press has created digital versions of its series of authoritative scholarly editions in literature, history, religion, and philosophy, rendered from print versions published from 1888 through 2012. The nine chronological/thematic modules released so far present drama, prose, and verse from the early 17th century through the Restoration period (late 1500s through 1700).

The Allgemeines Künstlerlexikon (AKL) - Internationale Künstlerdatenbank - Online Artists of the World Online is a lexicon project started in 1969, currently offered through De Gruyter Online. It assembles data about artists from the standard art history works Thieme-Becker (published in 37 volumes from 1907 to 1950) and Vollmer (6 volumes, 1953–62), the Nürnberger Künstlerlexikon, and the Lexikon der Künstlerinnen. The AKL Online is updated on a continuing basis.

Annual updates will be released each fall, integrated with the cumulative coverage. The publishers plan to continue with annual printed volumes as well.

American Indian Histories and Cultures, scheduled for release in fall 2013, will present material from the Newberry Library’s Edward E. Ayer Collection, an extensive archival collection on American Indian history. The content ranges from early contacts with European settlers through the expanded occupation of the American west, up through the Indian political movements of the mid-20th century. The collection covers a wide geographic area with a primary focus on North America and Mexico.
