Foreign Broadcast Information Service (FBIS) Daily Reports
Foreign Broadcast Information Service (FBIS) Daily Reports, 1941-1974 and 1974-1996, and the Daily Report Annexes, 1974-1996, released by Readex (a division of NewsBank) in 2007, is an electronic collection of the daily reports originally issued by the FBIS in paper and microform. The reports include selected news bulletins and editorials, speeches, briefings, interviews, and policy papers gleaned from radio and television broadcasts and news services in approximately 100 countries throughout the world. Collected and translated into English by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA), the texts are largely from sources in regions of American strategic interest during the period.

American Indian Histories and Cultures
American Indian Histories and Cultures, scheduled for release in fall 2013, will present material from the Newberry Library’s Edward E. Ayer Collection, an extensive archival collection on American Indian history. The content ranges from early contacts with European settlers through the expanded occupation of the American west, up through the Indian political movements of the mid-20th century. The collection covers a wide geographic area with a primary focus on North America and Mexico. This digital resource will complement The American West, an earlier digital collection from Adam Matthew compiled from the Newberry Library’s Everett D. Graff Collection of Western Americana.
British Online Archives: British Broadcasting Corporation
British Online Archives, distributed by Microform Academic Publishers (MAP), consists of eleven thematic series, each containing individual collections of archival contents. New collections are added to each series as they become available.
The Christian Science Monitor
Retrospective issues of The Christian Science Monitor are available through the ProQuest Historical Newspapers database platform, dating from the Monitor’s inception in 1908 through 1996.
World Constitutions Illustrated
Launched in April, 2010, this database from the legal resources publisher William S. Hein & Co., Inc., aims to comprehensively collect the current and historical versions of constitutions for all countries of the world, along with commentary in periodicals and monographs, country analysis and data, and general background on constitutional theory, history and jurisprudence.
British History Online: premium content
British History Online – Premium Content is a digital library of the core printed primary and secondary sources for the medieval and early modern history of Britain made up of 122 volumes of the Calendar of State Papers, Domestic and the Calendars of State Papers for Scotland and Ireland, the Parliament Rolls of Medieval England, and the National Archives Calendar of Close Rolls; The online calendar texts are fully cross-searchable with a range of other material for the early modern period, and offer scholars the opportunity to comment on, and correct, the recognised shortcomings of some volumes.
Cans Legal Information
www.cans.org.uk is a summary of English, Welsh and Scottish Legislation, published by Cans Legal Information since 2005. It is the online version of Cans Digest of Social Legislation which has been published in paper format since 1939.

Berkeley Electronic Press (Bepress) is a publisher of peer reviewed electronic journals and a creator of tools to facilitate access to research published within institutions. The ResearchNow Collection facilitates access to 57 peer reviewed bepress journals current through the ResearchNow portal. The journals cover research in economics, business, marketing, law, political science, public affairs, humanities, health, medicine, science, and technology.
