North American City Reports
North American City Reports preserves the full text of surveys, budgets, statistical records, case studies, planning documents, training manuals, policy guidelines, reports, and news from the five hundred largest cities in North America. It also includes select materials from hundreds of related agencies and non-governmental organizations. With more than 200,000 documents, it provides a new and typically unmined source for observing policy in action.

Global Think Tanks (formerly Policy Commons)
Global Think Tanks indexes and links to more than 3.4 million reports, working papers, policy briefs, data sources, and media drawn from a curated directory of more than 24,000 think tanks, including IGOs, NGOs, and research centers across the globe. Delivered on the Policy Commons Platform, Global Think Tanks currently provides full text coverage of more than 8,500 organizations and includes more than 55,000 rescued reports from over 500 inactive organizations.
Africa Commons
Africa Commons is a project which aims to enable Africa to easily control, digitize, and disseminate its cultural heritage–within Africa, and internationally. Digital repatriation efforts will make Africa Commons available for free to all African institutions, and Coheret Digital is also opening the resource to HCBUs in North America. In the Global Financial Data Series, the publisher (GFD) provides deep historical data on a wide variety of securities, price indices, exports, imports and more from around the world. This resource is unique in that it is the only resource, at this point, that provides easy access to many historical time series.
PLOS Journals
PLOS's offer is for all 12 PLOS titles and includes any new titles launched during the term. All fees are discounted 1% if paid through CRL/NERL via one invoice.
PLOS provides access to Open Access journals in the areas of science and medicine.
As of 2022, there are 12 Open Access journals available.

Digitalia Film Library is a multilingual, multi-national collection of streaming films from Spain, France, other European and eastern European countries, North American Classic films, and Latin American films from many Latin American countries including Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil (Portuguese), and others. This library now has approximately 900+ films and will grow to over 900 films this year.

Politico Pro is a premium news service offered by POLITICO, a global news and information company covering politics and policy making in the U.S. and internationally. Politico Pro offers subscription-based access to breaking news alerts and in-depth reporting catered primarily to a political audience (federal agencies, political staffers, lobbyists, analysts and related sectors). Political Pro offers coverage of 16 policy areas including agriculture and trade, defense, education, energy, health care, technology, transportation, and others. CEIC Global Database provides access to macro- and microeconomic data from 128 countries, containing reportedly over 2.5 million time series from the United States and countries worldwide. Indicators include government and public finance data (gross domestic product, national government debt), inflation, domestic trade, foreign trade, financial markets, and key industry sectors such energy and tourism. Data is compiled and normalized by CEIC for comparison of various economic factors across countries. CEIC’s platform (CDMNext) allows dowloading of time series data (up to 3,000 series at a time) to Excel for analysis.

Oxford University Studies in the Enlightenment Online
Oxford University Studies in the Enlightenment Online provides access to 217 volumes from the "Studies on Voltaire and the Eighteen Century" (SVEC) and "Oxford University Studies in the Enlightenment" (OSEO).
This digital collection is scheduled to launch in September 2018, with all volumes within the print series digitized by 2020.
Granth Sanjeevan
Granth Sanjeevan provides access to over 25 million pages of digitized material from The Asiatic Society of Mumbai. The collections include digitized copies of old and rare books from the 15th Century onwards, newspapers like Bombay Chronicle, Bombay Times and others, manuscripts, journals, maps and government publications.

Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute (BORI) Digital Library (also known as the BORI Digital Library) provides access to the digitized books and manuscripts held at the Bhandarkar Oriental Research Institute in Pune.
Cumhuriyet Digital Archive
Cumhuriyet Digital Archive provides access to the Turkish daily newspaper, Cumhuriyet (“The Republic”). The archive contains published issues from 1924-2019, with additional years added on an annual basis.

World Newspaper Archive
The World Newspaper Archive is the product of a collaboration between CRL libraries and Readex,a division of NewsBank, to preserve and provide persistent access to historical newspapers from around the globe.
