Members include those with doctoral degrees  in medicine, physiology and other health-related fields.

The INDEPTH (International Network for the Demographic Evaluation of Populations and Their Health) Network is a network of health and demographic surveillance systems (HDSSs) that provide a picture of the health status of communities. INDEPTH collects data from whole communities over extended periods of time to reflect health and population problems in low- and middle-income countries (LMICs). INDEPTH is a global network comprised of 43 member centers and 49 HDSS field sites in 20 African, Asian, and Oceanic countries.

The Internet Archive is a a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization whose goal is to provide a free Internet library. This means offering permanent access to historic collections that exist in digital format for researchers and the general public. They acquire a majority of their content with the Archive-It harvesting service using a Web crawler that collects content from the surface web. The content is maintained and served through an open access digital repository called the Wayback Machine. Internet Archive also offers book digitization services.
