Web of Science
Thomson Reuters Web of Science provides access to the world's leading citation databases. Authoritative, multidisciplinary coverage includes current and retrospective journal and proceedings content in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities, with backfiles to 1900.
Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS)
Wharton Research Data Services (WRDS) is a business research platform and intelligence tool widely used by academic, corporate, government, and nonprofit researchers.WRDS provides users a single online location for access to terabytes of data across multiple disciplines including: accounting, banking, economics, finance, ESG and statistics.
WRDS aggregates and retains content from a variety of data sources, and serves as a source of historical data from a number of vendors that themselves maintain only current information. Sources of data aggregated by WRDS include CRSP, S&P Global Market Intelligence, NYSE, and Thomson Reuters, as well as more specialized sources such as BoardEx, FactSet, Hedge Fund Research, Markit, Ravenpack and GSIOnline.
World Bank Open Data
World Bank Open Data is an online database that provides free and open access to global development, statistical data.
World Bank e-Library
Online access to over 5,500 titles published by the World Bank since the 1990s, plus new titles as they become available.
World Legal Information Institute
Open access site that provides access to databases located on the following Legal Information Institutes: AustLII; BAILII; CanLII; HKLII; LII (Cornell); and PacLII. The resource includes over 270 databases from 48 jurisdictions in 20 countries are included in the initial release of WorldLII. Databases of case-law, legislation, treaties, law reform reports, law journals, and other materials are included.
WorldPop
WorldPop is an open access platform providing access to demographic data, initiated in 2013 to unite the continent-focussed AfriPop, AsiaPop and AmeriPop projects, with an aim of producing detailed and freely-available population distribution and composition maps for the whole of Central and South America, Africa and Asia.
