United Nations iLibrary is a platform that publishes the digital content created by the United Nations between 2013-2015, including journals and series on: international peace and security, human rights, economic and social development, climate change, international law, governance, public health, and statistics.

The database contains 750 titles in English, and 250 in other official languages of the United Nations: French, Spanish, Russian, Chinese, and Arabic.

As of 2018 the Data-Planet repository is said to contain more than 18.9 billion data points from more than 70 source organizations. The Integrated Public Use Microdata Series (IPUMS) is an online database of microdata from 79 countries (2015) for international social and economic research, created and maintained by the Minnesota Population Center. Source data is provided by participating National Statistical Offices. The data are coded and documented consistently across countries and over time to facillitate comparative research.   The data are available to qualified researchers free of charge through a web dissemination system.

The Minnesota Population Center (MPC) is an interdisciplinary cooperative for demographic research, based at the University of Minnesota.  MPC develops, gathers and processes demographic data, for faculty and research scientists at the University of Minnesota, and demographic researchers worldwide. MPS maintains and administers several social science databases, including IPUMS.
