The online edition of The Economist or Economist.com, provides insight and opinions on international news, politics, business, finance, science and technology.
The Economist Historical Archive
The Economist Historical Archive provides access to issues of The Economist between 1843-2012 - from cover to cover. It includes news, analysis, commentary, editorials, statistics, demographics, letters to the editor, obituaries, and historical photographs.
This collection is updated annually (2012 content added in 2016, 2013 to be added in 2017, etc.).
Eighteenth Century Collections Online
Consisting of significant English-language and foreign-language title printed in the United Kingdom during the 18th century, along with thousands of important works from the Americas, Eighteenth Century Collections Online bears witness to what many scholars consider the three most significant events in world history — The American Revolution, The French Revolution and The Industrial Revolution.
Eighteenth Century Parliamentary Papers
As part of the JISC Digitisation Programme, this resource provides online access to over 1,400 volumes and 0.5 million pages of documents from core 18th century official Parliamentary publications that include Parliamentary Papers, Bills, registers and Journals going back to 1688. Institutions which have renewed their subscription to the 19th Century House of Commons Parliamentary Papers will not need to renew their subscriptions to the 18th or 20th Century House of Commons Parliamentary Papers
Electronic Enlightenmentoffer expires in 26 days
Developed by University of Oxford faculty and staff under auspices of the Bodleian Libraries and first released in 2008, Electronic Enlightenment is a comprehensive collection of letters and other correspondence with scholarly annotations providing a unique viewpoint of the early modern time period and its residents. Covering Europe, the Americas, and portions of Asia from the 17th through the 19th centuries, the EE project is, in its own words, “reconnecting the first global social network”.
Environmental Justice Atlas
The Environmental Justice Atlas documents and catalogues social conflict around environmental issues. The database contains information on the investors, the drivers for these deals, and their impacts, basic data, source of conflict, project details, conflict and mobilization, impacts, outcome, references to legislation, academic research, videos and pictures.
Environmental Studies in Video
At completion, Environmental Studies in Video will contain 500 hours of film covering all realms of environmental studies, particularly ethics, policy, economics, law, sociology, planning, and environmental science. Films were produced from 1970 to the present, and address specific topics including alternative energy, pollution control, eco-design, sustainability, farming and agriculture, the food industry, LEED certification, waste issues, and climate change.
Érudit
Érudit is a publishing platform for scholarly and cultural journals, books, proceedings, theses, documents, and data developed by a nonprofit Canadian publishing consortium founded in 1998. Archival runs of journal publications published prior to a moving wall of current content are available through open access, while the remainder is available through subscription.
Esri Business Analyst
Esri's Business Analyst, also known as ArcGIS Business Analyst, is a database and software that provides tools for mapping, analysis, and work management. The product combines GIS analysis and visualization tools with a data package that provides insight in to markets, customers, and competitors. The software provides a system for analyzing data to reveal patterns in a business and is mainly focused as a solution for market planning and site selection.
Esri Community Analyst
Esri's Community Analyst is a cloud-based, web application that provides users with demographic and third-party sourced data on communities in order to inform policy decision making. Through data and analysis tools, Community Analyst facilitates examination of specific locations, geographic areas, or custom regions you create on maps, as well as critical analyses represented in reports.
Ethnic American Newspapers from the Balch Collection, 1799-1971
Ethnic American Newspapers from the Balch Collection, features more than 130 fully searchable newspapers in 10 languages from 25 states. It provides newspapers on American of Czech, French, German, Hungarian, Irish, Italian, Japanese, Jewish, Lithuanian, Polish, Slovak and Welsh descent.
Ethnic NewsWatch
Ethnic NewsWatch is a database provided by ProQuest that features newspaper, magazines, and journals of the ethnic and minority press. The publications date back to 1990, with full-text of apprximately 1.8 million articles from 315 publications of both national and regional coverage.
Major Latino publications are featured, including El Nuevo Herald, and El Andar.
Eurobarometer
Eurobarometer is a series of public opinion surveys conducted by the European Commission. The surveys address a variety of topical issues relating to the European Union throughout the member states. Survey results are published by the European Commission.
Euromonitor Country Reports
Formerly Country Insight, country-by-country reports with comparative "statistics on . . . consumer goods, services and industrial markets [providing] . . "analysis and statistics on national markets in 80 countries world-wide . . .[including] market size, distribution channel analysis, market trends, competitive landscape, legislation, local company profiles, company and brand shares and five year forecasts." Comparable to the Economist Intelligence Unit's Country Reports.
Europa World Plus
Europa World Plus is the online version of The Europa World Year Book and The Europa Regional Surveys of the World. The database includes economic, political, and geographic background information and statistical data by country.
Eurostat Database
The Eurostat databases provides access to statistics and microdata on European economy and finance, industry and trade, environment and energy, population and social conditions, agriculture and fisheries, transportation, and science and technology.

F.A.Z. (Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung)
First published on November 1, 1949, the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung is one of the major daily newspapers in Germany. Its intended scope covers a comprehensive range of topics in Germany and internationally.
Aside from the current news website (http://www.faz.net), F.A.Z. offers three archival products that cover the entire previous history of the publication:
F.A.Z.-Bibliotheksportal contains more than 4 million text-searchable articles of the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung newspapers (daily edition, Sunday edition) from 1993 to the present and other publications of F.A.Z..

FDsys
FDsys is an open access repository of U.S. federal government agency and legislative branch publications. According to a 2006 GPO presentation, FDsys "will be a world class system for managing official Government content. The system will verify and track versions, assure authenticity, preserve content, and provide permanent public access." The system was largely developed by Harris Corporation under a contract let by the GPO in 2006. In 2016 the GPO announced that "govinfo", a new system in beta, will eventually replace the FDsys website.FII Library Reference Service
A web-based subscription database and "query system" providing access to currnet and historical data from FII’s historical and reference publications (e.g., Directory of Obsolete Securities) and databases.
FactSet Databases
Platform providing access to aggregated data and databases of U.S. and international financial data.
