American Periodicals from the Center for Research Libraries (APCRL) is a digital collection of 375 popular and trade journals from Center for Research Library collections, digitized in collaboration with ProQuest.

The Christian Science Monitor
Retrospective issues of The Christian Science Monitor are available through the ProQuest Historical Newspapers database platform, dating from the Monitor’s inception in 1908 through 1996.

Digital National Security Archive (DNSA)
Digital National Security Archive (DNSA) provides access to declassified U.S. government documents from 1945-2013. The resource now includes 48 collections consisting of approximately 120,000 indexed documents focusing on national security topics, such as the Cuban Missile Crisis, U.S. Intelligence after 9/11, and the Vietnam War.
The collection contains policy documents including presidential directives, memos, diplomatic dispatches, meeting notes, independent reports, briefing papers, White House communications, email, confidential letters and other secret material.

Early English Books Online
Early English Books Online (EEBO) provides online access to 22.5 million pages from more than 125,000 books from 1473 to 1700. EEBO is being further enhanced through the JISC-funded Text Creation Project*, that is re-keying 20% of the titles in the collection to make them fully searchable for the first time. *The EEBO-TCP project is an international scholarly collaboration and partnership between Oxford University, the University of Michigan, JISC, the Council on Library and Information Resources, and ProQuest.
Eighteenth Century Parliamentary Papers
As part of the JISC Digitisation Programme, this resource provides online access to over 1,400 volumes and 0.5 million pages of documents from core 18th century official Parliamentary publications that include Parliamentary Papers, Bills, registers and Journals going back to 1688. Institutions which have renewed their subscription to the 19th Century House of Commons Parliamentary Papers will not need to renew their subscriptions to the 18th or 20th Century House of Commons Parliamentary Papers
Ethnic NewsWatch
Ethnic NewsWatch is a database provided by ProQuest that features newspaper, magazines, and journals of the ethnic and minority press. The publications date back to 1990, with full-text of apprximately 1.8 million articles from 315 publications of both national and regional coverage.
Major Latino publications are featured, including El Nuevo Herald, and El Andar.

The International Bibliography of the Social Sciences (IBSS) includes over 2.5 million references to journal articles, books, reviews and selected chapters dating back to 1951. IBSS focuses mainly on the four core social science disciplines - anthropology, economics, politics and sociology - but it also covers a range of interdisciplinary subjects, such as development studies, human geography and environment and gender studies. International Newsstream (formerly ProQuest International Newsstand) offers access to current and recent retrospective content for more than 8000 news sources from outside the U.S. and Canada, including prominent titles such as The Bangkok Post, El Norte, Financial Times, The Guardian, Jerusalem Post, South China Morning Post, The Daily Telegraph, Asian Wall Street Journal, and the BBC Monitoring series for various world regions. Subscribing libraries can also select individual titles or a customized group.

Access to 6,000 volumes and 4 million pages of documents from core 19th century official Parliamentary publication. This includes debates, proceedings and reports of their committees and more going back to 1801. The content can be accessed via the publishers’ server.

The database includes every volume of The Annual Register from its founding in 1758 to the present. ProQuest Historical American Jewish Newspapers
ProQuest is now offering four new historical ethnic newspaper titles through their Historical Newspapers database platform: The American Hebrew & Jewish Messenger (1857–1922), The American Israelite (1854–1922), The Jewish Exponent (1887–1990), and The Jewish Advocate (1905–90). These titles are available as a group or separately.
