With all the resources they need in one place, Essential Science Indicators℠ users can determine the influential individuals, institutions, papers, publications, and countries in their field of study — as well as emerging research areas that could impact their work.   This unique and comprehensive compilation of science performance statistics and science trends data is based on journal article publication counts and citation data from Thomson Reuters databases.

At completion, Food Studies Online will contain 80,000 pages of primary archival materials, images, reference materials, and secondary works, in addition to 200 hours of food-focused documentaries. Content has been licensed from a variety of producers, including Berghahn Books, Wiley, Green Planet Films, and the Prendismo Collection.

Gale Primary Sources is a universal research experience that combines Gale's digital archives in a single cross-search interface. Users may select one, all, or a combination of accessible databases to search.

General OneFile and InfoTrac Custom Newspapers are a unique collection of journals and English language newspapers, providing one of the largest aggregations of full text periodical content available to Further Education institutions. General OneFile serves as the Public library's ultimate periodical resource, with more than 11,500 titles, and a great deal of full-text, 60% of which are recommended by Bowker's "Magazines for Libraries" publication. We've included the right reference, newspapers and audio content to complement the robust collection of magazines and journals

Global Think Tanks indexes and links to more than 3.4 million reports, working papers, policy briefs, data sources, and media drawn from a curated directory of more than
24,000 think tanks, including IGOs, NGOs, and research centers across the globe.  Delivered on the Policy Commons Platform, Global Think Tanks currently provides full text coverage of more than 8,500 organizations and includes more than 55,000 rescued reports from over 500 inactive organizations.

Le Grand Robert Online Dictionary provides all six volumes of the latest edition of this French language reference work.  Its latest edition, published in 2011, includes:

Granth Sanjeevan provides access to over 25 million pages of digitized material from The Asiatic Society of Mumbai.  The collections include digitized copies of old and rare books from the 15th Century onwards, newspapers like Bombay Chronicle, Bombay Times and others, manuscripts, journals, maps and government publications. 

The INDEPTH data repository provides free and open access to data collected by the INDEPTH Network through population and health evaluations of communities in low and middle income countries.

International Herald Tribune Historical Archive 1887-2013 provides access to the full run of the daily newspaper, from its first issue through to 2013. Articles, advertisements, and market listings are included—shown both individually and in the context of the full page and issue of the day.

Online access to over 110,000 articles and 1.5 million pages of research from 40 journals published by the Institute of Physics between 1874 and 1998.

The ISI Web of Knowledge platform provides a . . .  single, unified environment through which researchers can seamlessly access different types of information: journal literature, proceedings papers, patents, chemical reactions and compounds, as well as evaluated web content. The Japan News provides access to the English-language daily from the publisher The Yomiuri Shimbun.  Hosted on the Global Press Archive platform, this newspaper archive includes over 27,251 issues covering the period of 1955-present.
 

Journal Citation Reports®(JCR®) offers a systematic, objective means to critically evaluate the world's leading journals, with quantifiable, statistical information based on citation data. By compiling articles' cited references, JCR helps to measure research influence and impact at the journal and category levels, and shows the relationship between citing and cited journals.

Established in 1997, JSTOR's first collection includes core journals in economics, history, political science, and sociology, as well as in other key fields in the humanities and social sciences. This collection also contains titles in ecology, mathematics, and statistics.

The Arts & Sciences II Collection adds depth to many disciplines introduced in Arts & Sciences I, such as economics, history, and Asian studies. Arts & Sciences II also offers core journals in several additional disciplines, such as archaeology, classics, and African, Latin American, Middle Eastern, and Slavic studies.

Arts & Sciences III includes journals in languages and literature, as well as essential titles in the fields of music, film studies, folklore, performing arts, religion, and the history and study of art and architecture. Additional interdisciplinary titles broaden the scope of coverage to include folklore, feminist & women's studies.

This collection has a strong focus on the professions of business, education, and law, and also includes titles in psychology and public policy and administration. Among the titles are highly influential and diverse publications from leading professional organizations in the fields of business and the social sciences.

With a minimum of 150 titles available by the end of 2012, the Arts & Sciences IX Collection widens JSTOR’s coverage in business and the social sciences.  Journals from over 25 countries provide outstanding international diversity, and rare materials bring unique depth to the collection, with research covering archaeology, anthropology, sociology, business, economics, population studies, and political science.

This collection builds on previously introduced disciplines, adding important literary reviews and state historical journals. It will also widen the scope of core disciplines in the arts and humanities, such as philosophy, history, classics, religion, art and art history, and language and literature.
